There are different types of Work Permits that help foreign nationals enter Kenya
and legally engage in activities such as employment, business, missionary work, and
many others.

DEPENDENT PASS

Issued to persons who are related to a permit holder; either minors or the elderly
that depend on the permit holder

SPECIAL PASS

Issued to foreigners who only intend to work in Kenya for a short period of time
i.e. less than six months.
